Abstract

As digital transformation accelerates, the Human Resources function is evolving to meet the changing demands of modern organizations. This thesis investigates the impact of HR process digitalization on overall HR performance, with a focus on digital recruitment and training practices. A quantitative study was conducted with a sample of HR professionals from various sectors. The results show that digital tools such as HRIS, ERP systems, and e-learning platforms generally contribute to improving HR performance. Digital recruitment plays a significant mediating role in this relationship, strengthening the impact of digitalization on HR outcomes. However, the mediating effect of digital training was not confirmed. This study highlights that digital transformation is a strategic lever for HR optimization, although its effects vary depending on the process dimension
