Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of internal communication and its role in achieving job satisfaction for the employees of the Algeria Telecom Corporation, the branch of the state of Tlemcen, and also aims to find the type of theoretical and applied relationship between the independent variable, internal communication and the dependent variable job satisfaction, and to achieve the objectives of the study we relied on the approach The descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the data, which was obtained through the questionnaire and to find the relationship between the variables of the study, as it was distributed to a random sample of 51 workers in the institution and to process and test hypotheses using a set of statistical methods such as stability coefficient, standard deviation and arithmetic mean Simple regression and correlation coefficient, using SPSS statistical software. After the analysis, the results of the study reached a set of results that proved that there is a positive and moral (direct) relationship between internal communication and job satisfaction for the employees of the Algeria Telecom Corporation, the branch of the state of Tlemcen, and that the communication process requires a well-equipped and modern system that keeps pace with the tremendous developments in all fields. As well as the job satisfaction of the employees in the institution plays an effective role in improving the performance of the institution
