    Ce qui distingue l'environnement commercial actuel de la plupart des institutions économiques, c'est le changement continu suite aux développements et les innovations dans tous les domaines économiques et industriels, ce qui rend l'innovation une stratégie indispensable pour toute entreprise recherchant un avantage concurrentiel et restant sur le marché. Cette recherche a pour objectif de présenter les résultats d'une enquête sur terrain visant à étudier le rôle de l'innovation dans le soutien de l'avantage compétitif de l'entreprise économique d'une entreprise économique algérienne active dans le secteur de l'industrie mécanique et ses suffixes. Nous avons entamé une enquête par questionnaire auprès d’un échantillon de 50 employés dans une communauté de 200 employés de l'entreprise. En utilisant une étude descriptive et analytique et à l'aide logiciel SPSS, nous avons pu répondre à notre problématique de recherche sur la contribution de l'innovation pour soutenir l'avantage concurrentiel d'ORSIM. Toutes les hypothèses de la recherche ont été validées, en concluent que l'innovation contribue à soutenir l'avantage concurrentiel par l'innovation radicale et d'amélioration

    La contribution de lancement d’un nouveau produit dans l’acquisition d’un avantage concurrentiel -Cas des PME industrielles en Algérie

    This research provided a complete view of everything about a new product, as well as the steps taken to launch and adopt it as a competitive strategy that sets the company apart from other competitors. The aim is to contribute to the literature and to the conceptual model of the influence of new products on competitive advantage, and to provide empirical evidence on the importance of launches based on product innovations in achieving it, hence improving business performance. The analysis of this study focused mainly on the answers of the managers of 32 Algerian industrial SMEs (marketing manager, manager and owner). The results showed that product innovation has a positive effect on the launch of a new product, and therefore, on the competitive advantage. In addition, the commercial success of a product certainly gives the company a competitive advantage

    Change management and its impact on administrative creativity: The case of INDUSTRIAL SEMOLINA OF MITIDJA “SIM” -Blida

    Change management has crucial role in staying and enhancing he market share of the enterprises, especially if the enterprise takes the creativity into consideration. This research studies two important topics represent a challenge for the Algerian com- panies, the change management and the administrative creativity. The main purpose of this study is to identify the reality of change management and its impact on administra- tive creativity in industrial semolina of MITIDJA SIM -Blida-, data collection phase has been carried out through the questionnaire to the group of administration employees of industrial semolina of MITIDJA SIM -Blida-. For the data analysis phase IBM SPSS was used. Results revealed that the change management has a significant impact on the administrative creativity, also the deal with the resistance affects positively the creative skills of the employees. Companies need to adopt the creativity and the managing of change in order to survive the challenge of the expanding market
