Effet de la digitalisation des acteurs du Tourisme sur L'expérience des Touristes Algériens
(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06-21) Mlle MISSOUM Mimouna & Mlle HICHAM Zakia
This research examines the impact of the digitalization of tourism actors on the overall experience of Algerian tourists across the pre, during, and post-trip phases. Adopting a descriptive quantitative approach, the study analyzes data collected via an online questionnaire from a sample of 250 connected tourists. The main contributions of this survey reveal that the integration of digital technologies generates significant added value throughout the traveler's journey. On one hand, the online visibility of operators proves to be crucial for increasing customer satisfaction and fostering destination loyalty. On the other hand, although digital technology facilitates access to information for Algerian tourists, it does not strengthen trust in the sources consulted. In addition, the study tempers these findings by demonstrating that technological innovation by service providers does not systematically guarantee an improvement in the tourist’s perceived quality of the experience.

L’impact de l’emballage sensoriel sur la qualité perçue des produits agroalimentaires en Algérie : Étude de cas des produits laitiers de l’unité de SAIDA du Groupe Giplait
(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2025-07) ♦ BRAHIMI Ferdous ♦ DJEDIANE Souheir
In a competitive agri-food market, sensory packaging is a strategic lever influencing the perception of product quality. This thesis analyzes its impact on GIPLAIT's dairy products in Algeria, combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys. The results show that visual elements (color, design, images) are essential, while tactile and olfactory aspects enhance the overall experience. Algerian companies need to adapt their packaging strategies to local preferences while integrating sustainable dimensions. Eco-friendly packaging, using recycled or biodegradable materials, is gaining popularity, supported by certifications like ISO 14001. Innovation in sustainable materials poses the challenge of balancing aesthetics and functionality. For GIPLAIT, it is recommended to introduce seasonal designs and communicate about sustainability, as packaging is crucial for improving quality perception and differentiation in the market.
