    The study aimed to identify job burnout and its impact on the performance of employees through a comparative study between the Public Institution for Health in Tiaret and the Saoura Cement Factory in Bechar, by following the descriptive analytical approach in our study where the questionnaire tool was used in the study, it was distributed to 42 workers in the institution of The Public Health Department in Tiaret, 40 questionnaires were retrieved, 37 distributed were from the Saoura Cement Factory, 32 were retrieved, and the data were processed using the SPSS v21 statistical program based on statistical methods. The results of the study indicated that there is a statistically significant negative impact of job burnout on employees’ performance in both institutions, but the degree of influence varies, according to the percentage of exposure of each to the dimensions of job burnout, the absence of statistically significant differences in the impact of job burnout on the of employees’ performance is attributable to some demographic variables

    This study aims to investigate the extent of the effect of functional exhaustion on the performance of doctors and paramedics. This study was conducted on 100 medical and paramedical personnel in the hospital public institution Muhammad Siadiqi Reggan, Adrar state. The study sought to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of job burnout and job performance by using the descriptive and analytical search technique of the questionnaire by employing the Maslash scale for job exhaustion in addition to performance items, and observation, interview and records were used to collect the necessary information and data from the reality of the public hospital institution, and for the purpose of testing the study hypotheses The simple regression method was adopted, and the study concluded that there is a direct correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance 0.05 that highlights the effect of functional exhaustion on the performance of doctors and paramedics, as the doctor and paramedics increase the degree of job exhaustion, the higher his performance in the General Hospital Organization Muhammad Sadiqi Reggan.
