Item Stress au travail : frein à un management efficace Etude de cas : Approche mixte et projet innovant Bloom & Flow.(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2025-06-28) 1/ BRAHIMI SanaaThis thesis explores the impact of occupational stress on managerial effectiveness in Algerian public organizations, combining both theoretical and empirical approaches. It highlights that stress, as a psychosocial risk, hinders individual and organizational performance, particularly through symptoms like fatigue, irritability, or burnout. The study compares two sensitive sectors (banking and healthcare) to assess the perception of stress and the quality of management. In alignment with this issue, the second part presents an innovative project: "Bloom & Flow", a natural solution (medicinal herbal tea) designed for active women suffering from chronic stress. This project merges health, prevent ion, and female entrepreneurship, providing a direct response to the findings of the academic research. Thus, the link between the two parts is embodied in the intention to transform an identified managerial problem (work-related stress) into an opportunity for creating social and economic value, integrating concepts such as stress management, workplace well-being, product innovation, and social responsibility.Item L’approche managériale intégrée du système « Marché hebdomadaire de Remchi ».(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2020) Louassini DjamilaBeyond the commercial functions essential to the economic life of cities, the weekly market remains a powerful resource that contributes to the wealth of cities. Moreover, it also offers a privileged space for interventions by public institutions. For the weekly market in Remchi, the challenge remains how to ensure that the municipality of Remchi generates municipal revenues. 5 Adopting an integrated management system, the study aims to understand how market restructuring is articulated and what are the different methods that the parties adopt in order to act and take decisions once they have been identified. For our study, we pursued a quantitative method, with market users, from a sample of (175 responses) on the satisfaction questionnaire. We have come to the fact that the organization and structuring of the market facilitate the control of the occupied places and the course of activities. Having an efficient and transparent management shared between public and private actors helps to respond to the different parties and to prosper the market that will boost the revenues of the municipality
