    The business environment is characterized by an ever-turbulent and increasingly uncertain change imposed by the globalization of markets, the rapid development of technologies and the growth of the knowledge economy, all of which have prompted the company to change its strategy and take the course of effective performance .One of the most effective strategies in human resources management is employee training, which is necessary to develop employee performance and create the basic knowledge and skills to develop company performance . This study aims to assess the impact of the training process on the performance of the company, which was carried out in the study complex and the realization of the technical work in west of Algeria. The results of the field study confirm that there is a positive relationship between the training policy and the development of company's performance, namely that the training policy allows a certain degree to increase the performance of SEROR by trying to develop the skills of its employees

    In recentyears, humanresources management (HRM) has become a strategicactivitythatcreates an essential competitive advantage for the company (Arcand, 2006). Indeed, the employees no longer just a replaceable gear for the company, but rather an intangible asset thatwewant to attract, train, motivate, engage, orient, develop, but above all retain in the company. The objective of this work is to explain the extent of the advantage provided by human resources and their contribution to the performance of ago- foodcompanies. After a review of the literature, the need for a practical illustration of the 50 ago-foodcompanies arises. The results obtained have shown that HMR practices have a positive impact on company performance.

    This study aims to determine the impact of career management on employee motivation and the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance. We conducted an empirical study with the human resource management in multinational company General Electric (GE). From the research and our study which is based on the descriptive, analytical and quantitative method we came to the following conclusion: Good career management improves the level of motivation, resilience, awareness and career goal orientation of employees, and that the multinational company General Electric among the top large companies that retain and motivate its employees through good and effective career management
