Abstract
This study aimed to assess the organizational climate prevailing in the National Corporation for Major Petroleum Works in Réghaïa, and to know its impact on the job performance of its employees, by using the descriptive and analytical approach, to verify the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in light of the study hypotheses. The study population is represented by all the employees in the enterprise, whose number is about (513) workers, and the sample of the study consisted of (60) workers, and the researcher relied on a questionnaire that contains the two variables of the study (organizational climate and job performance), in addition to some variables Demographic. After using appropriate statistical methods to process and analyze the data, The results obtained show that there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the prevailing organizational climate (organizational structure, communication style, leadership style, technology, incentives, and participation in decision-making), and the job performance of the employees of the National Corporation for Large Petroleum Works in Réghaïa.
