Abstract

In the light of the developments in the world of technology and the findings of science in the field of information system, the institutions that seek to develop their information systems; this is to facilitate access to this information in a quick way. The electronic medical record system is one of the most important requirements of the health institutions now because of its many advantages in improving the health service provided the patient. This study aims to diagnose the reality of the electronic medical file at the level of the admission office and its role in achieving patient satisfaction in the public hospital “KSAR el BOUKHARI” in addition to information and communication technology in the technical filed in terms of progress and the improvement in the quality of file management.
