dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to understand the impact of healthcare service quality on patient satisfaction in public hospitals. To achieve this, a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 40 individuals. The results were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS27). The study revealed a statistically significant relationship between healthcare service quality and patient satisfaction, indicating the contribution of healthcare service quality to patient satisfaction in the institution studied.
