Abstract

This paper dealt with the study of "the quality management of health services in light of the growing public spending in the public hospital institution", which is undoubtedly an important topic, especially nowadays, since quality has become one of the strategic objectives of all institutions, so we divided this study into two parts, the first section for the theoretical part, which included the first and second chapters implementing some references (books, thesis, scientific articles), while the second section was for the practical part, which includes the third chapter representing in the field study at the public hospital institution, Kwesi Belish, municipality of Sidi Issa, M'sila state, and we used a questionnaire to survey a sample of the study, by adopting the SPSS Statistical Package for Social Sciences technique, came to the conclusion that improving the quality of health services in the public hospital institution depends on the level of spending, which in turn affects it negatively or positively
