Abstract

In the face of intensifying competition and the rapid renewal of economic data, innovation is becoming an imperative for companies. It is an important and vital means at their disposal to enable them to ensure their development. With this in mind, social security managers have made a choice to make optimal use of their resources. It is only in this context that the CHIFA card has been presented as a management innovation. The National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Employees -CNAS is facing additional expenses since the automation of the third-party payer system through the CHIFA card. The main objective of the CHIFA system is to improve the quality of services, and the facilitation of reimbursement procedures, but also a management lever that allows better traceability of the tasks of the social security funds. The CHIFA card is an electronic card that replaces the third party payer card and allows the gradual elimination of paper-based reimbursement procedures for health care services.. The CHIFA scheme has many advantages and a positive impact on the social insured and health professionals and more particularly the managers of the CNAS
