Le marketing RH considéré comme l’outil le plus adéquat pour répondre à ces contraintes convenable- ment. Ce dernier qui consiste à considérer les collaborateurs comme des clients au sens le plus noble. Il s’agit d’appliquer la logique et les techniques du marketing et de la communication pour attirer les meilleures com- pétences, les impliquer et ensuite les fidéliser. Ce travail nous a permis de constater que le complexe GL1/K « Sonatrach Skikda » n’applique pas une démarche du marketing RH d’une manière directe et formelle mais il a tendance à l’appliquer vue que il a réussi à fidéliser ses salariés et d’avoir une grande attractivité sur le marché économique ainsi sur le marché du travail.
