Item E-SIGNAL(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06-18) Mohamed Benhamou Salah Eddine BenabdallahHealthcare institutions in Algeria face continuous challenges in managing medical equipment breakdowns, which can impact the quality of care. This thesis examines the strategic, economic, and technological feasibility of the project through a methodology that combines literature review, a field survey (at the Mother and Child Hospital in Tlemcen), and strategic analysis tools (SWOT, PESTEL).
