These changes occur in all sectors: the industrial sector, the service sector and ICT. The Algerian company is not immune to this change. It must be transformed by relying on logic of flexibility, acquisition, conservation and development of its human resources. Skills development is emerging as a major concern for companies operating in a competitive market in terms of skills. Thus, at the heart of skills development, training is one of the ways to update and integrate new knowledge into professional practice. The training is now considered as a strategic tool to offer employees of the company a better control of their positions that implies to propose an offer of quality in terms of products or services.Item Marketing RH : l’impact des pratiques mana- gériales sur la fidélisation organisationnelle(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2019) Boughagha EsmaThe current economic context pushes companies to look for effective solutions that allow them to face the constraints of attractiveness and the durability of their relations with their various collaborators. HR marketing is considered the most appropriate tool to meet these constraints appropriately. The latter is to consider the employees as customers in the noblest sense. It involves applying the logic and techniques of marketing and communication to attract the best skills, involve them in the company and then build loyalty. This work revealed that the GL1 / K "Sonatrach Skikda" complex does not apply an HR marketing approach in a straightforward and formal way, but it tends to apply it as it has succeeded in securing loyalty of its employees and to have a great attractiveness in the economic market as well as in the labor marketItem دور نظام المعلومات في ادارة الموارد البشرية دراسة حالة مديرية سونلغاز بالجلفة(المدرسة العليا للإدارة الاعمال تلمسان, 2020) تواتي محمدThis study aims to know the role of information systems in human resources management, through an applied field study based on the questionnaire, which was distributed to the sample consisting of (36) employees in the Sonelgaz district for distribution in Djelfa. المرافق 94 In analyzing the questionnaire, a set of statistical tools and indicators (the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation) was used, and the five-point Likert scale was used, and one of the most prominent findings of the researcher is that information systems have a major role in managing human resources in the organization. The researcher also recommended the need to pay attention to information systems, especially in The aspect related to evaluating and monitoring workers.Item Marketing RH : l’impact des pratiques mana- gériales sur la fidélisation organisationnelle(2019-07-30) Boughagha EsmaLe contexte économique actuel pousse les entreprises à rechercher des solutions efficaces qui leurs per- mettent de faire face aux contraintes d’attractivité et de la durabilité de ses relations avec ses différents colla- borateurs. Le marketing RH considéré comme l’outil le plus adéquat pour répondre à ces contraintes convenable- ment. Ce dernier qui consiste à considérer les collaborateurs comme des clients au sens le plus noble. Il s’agit d’appliquer la logique et les techniques du marketing et de la communication pour attirer les meilleures com- pétences, les impliquer et ensuite les fidéliser. Ce travail nous a permis de constater que le complexe GL1/K « Sonatrach Skikda » n’applique pas une démarche du marketing RH d’une manière directe et formelle mais il a tendance à l’appliquer vue que il a réussi à fidéliser ses salariés et d’avoir une grande attractivité sur le marché économique ainsi sur le marché du travail.
