L’objectif de ce MASTER est de former des étudiants future cadres de santé des établissements publics ou privés sanitaires ou médico-sociaux (Circonscriptions sanitaire, …). Elle a pour vocation d’apporter aux étudiants les connaissances, méthodes et outils indispensables au management d’un établissement (gestion budgétaire, management humain, contrôle de la qualité et sécurité des soins, conduite de projets,).
Le diplôme que l’étudiant obtient en fin de cursus, lui permet d’évoluer et d’obtenir une opportunité d’emploi en tant que cadre de santé qui gère les activités administratives et coordonne les ressources humaines et matérielles.

Item Factors Influencing Algerian Customers trust in generic drugs(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2024) Sirine GASMIThis thesis focuses on the factors that influence Algerian consumers’ trust in generic drugs, which are known for being effective and more affordable alternatives to branded medications. Combining theoretical review and field research, the study explores the role of knowledge, price perception, brand image, medical recommendations (particularly from pharmacists), and personal experience in shaping public trust. Findings show that limited awareness is a major obstacle, while personal experiences and pharmacist advice strongly affect trust levels. On the other hand, price and brand perception showed weaker influence. The study emphasizes the need for public health education, stronger involvement of pharmacists, and the promotion of locally produced generics as trusted and ethical alternatives that support the national pharmaceutical industry. By combining theoretical analysis with a field study conducted at EPH Bouzidi Lakhdar (BordjBouArréridj) and the CNAS General Directorate (Algiers), this research highlights the potential of HIS to modernize hospital financial management. The results indicate that an integrated information system would improve expenditure tracking, enhance transparency, and support a more equitable allocation of resources. A hybrid financing model combining a fixed base with a variable component linked to real activity is proposed. To achieve this, a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 40 individuals. The results were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS27). The study revealed a statistically significant relationship between healthcare service quality and patient satisfaction, indicating the contribution of healthcare service quality to patient satisfaction in the institution studied.Item Les marchés publics hospitaliers en Al-gérie face à la digitalisation : entre ambitions technologiques et contraintes pratiques. Étude de cas : EPH 19 Mars Beni Saf(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2025-03-19) AMAR BENSABER Mohammed El AmineThis thesis examines the impact of public procurement digitalization on the management of hospital resources, using the case study of the 19 March Public Hospital (EPH) in BeniSaf, Algeria. In a context where the healthcare sector faces increasing pressure to control spending and optimize resource use, the digitization of procurement procedures emerges as a key tool for modernization. The study highlights how digital tools contribute to improved traceability of operations, greater budget transparency, and more efficient allocation of both material and human resources. However, it also identifies several challenges, including insufficient staff training, limited technological infrastructure, and organizational resistance to change. The research concludes with practical recommendations to enhance the positive impact of digital transformation on the performance of public hospital institutions.Item الرقابة المالية على تنفيذ النفقات العمومية الإستشفائية و ترشيدها دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية -وادي الأبطال-(المدرسة العليا للإدارة الاعمال تلمسان, 2020) يحياوي عبد الباقيتعتبر النفقات العامة وسیلة هامة من وسائل السياسة المالية للدولة، تستخدم من اجل تحقیق أهداف و تنفیذ هذه النفقات يمر بمرحلتین متتابعتین مرحلة إدارية تنفذ من ، المجتمع و إشباع حاجاته العامة طرف الآمر بالصرف و التي تقسم إلى ثلاثة عمليات هي:(الالتازم بالنفقة، التصفية، الأمر بالدفع)، و مرحلة محاسبية متمثلة في (دفع النفقة) حیث يتم تنفیذها من طرف المحاسب العمومي. تعد مرحلة الرقابة المالية من أهم مارحل تنفیذ النفقات العمومية، و لها عدة أهداف سياسية و مالية و إدارية و قانونية، كما يمكن أن تتم عین المكان أو بواسطة وثائق ثبوتية، و أما زمن الرقابة فيمكن أن ي كونقبل وقوع العمل المالي و تسمى رقابة قبلية، أو موافقة للعمل المالي و تسمى رقابة آنية، أو بعد الانتهاء من صرف النفقات و تحصیل الإياردات و تسمى رقابة بعدية. فالهدف من الرقابة المالية ليس فقط للحفاظ على المال العام و تسليط العقوبات على الأخطاء و بل تهدف أيضا إلى تقديم النصح ، المخالفات التي يرتكبها الموظفون القائمون على تنفیذ النفقات العامة لهم لتفادي الأخطاء مستقبلاItem دور التكوين في تنمية وتسيير الكفاءات بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية - دارسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية ''الاختان باج'' بالشل(المدرسة العليا للإدارة الاعمال تلمسان, 2020) كفكف حمزةإن التكوين عملية فرضتها المتغيارت الاقتصادية, والتنظيمية والاجتماعية ويعد أهم مقومات التنمية التي تمكن من الوقوف أمام هذه التغيارت والتطوارت السريعة,والتكوين وظيفة من وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية يهدف إلى الرفع من كفاءة المؤسسة وتطوير مهاارت وقدارت أفاردها وكذا تحسين الأداء العام لها. وقد تم من خلال هذه الدارسة تسليط الضوء على التكوين ودوره في تنمية وتسيير الكفاءات بالمؤسسة الصحية حيث قمنا بدارسة تطبيقية على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية'' الأختان باج بالشلف''وهذا من خلال تحليل عناصر عملية التكوين ومعرف ة المكانة الفعلية لها داخل للمؤسسة,وقد قمنا بالتطرق إلى مدى فعالية بارمج التكوين المتاحة في المؤسسة لمعرفة تأثيرها في تنمية وتسيير الموارد البشرية وتأثيرها على أداء المؤسسة ,وتوصلنا ان للتكوين دور كبير في تنمية وتسيير الاكفاءات في المؤسسة عن طريق تطوير المهاارت والقدارت والمعارف وهذا ما يؤدي الى رفع الاداء العام للمؤسسةوكذا تحقيق اهدافهاItem طرق حساب التكلفة الاستشفائية دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية "محمد بوضياف" بالمدية(المدرسة العليا للإدارة الاعمال تلمسان, 2020-09-01) وسام قارةهدفت هذه الدارسة إلى التعرف على واقع محاسبة التكاليف في المؤسسات الصحية خاصة في المؤسسات الصحية العمومية، وذلك بالتعرف على محاسبة التكاليف بصفة عامة ومحاسبة التكاليف الصحية بالإضافة إلى طرق ووسائل مارقبة هذه التكاليف وتطبيقها في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية ، بصفة خاصة "محمد بوضياف" بالمدية. وفي إطار محاولة تحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في تقديم مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بمحاسبة التكاليف، ثم استخدام المنهج التحليلي في الدارسة التطبيقية التي تناولت عينة من المؤسسات الصحية العمومية في الجازئر وهي المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية "محمد بوضياف" بالمدية. حيث خلصت هذه الدارسة إلى أن تطبيق محاسبة التكاليف في المؤسسات الصحية هي طريقة معتمدة في المؤسسات الصحية الجازئرية إلا أنه لا يازل هناك اعتماد على الطرق التقليدية في حساب التكاليف الصحيةItem تأتير الإنهاك الوظيفي على أداء الأطباء والشبه الطبيين دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد صديقي برقان-أدرار(المدرسة العليا للإدارة الاعمال تلمسان, 2020-08-31) خالدي فاطمةThis study aims to investigate the extent of the effect of functional exhaustion on the performance of doctors and paramedics. This study was conducted on 100 medical and paramedical personnel in the hospital public institution Muhammad Siadiqi Reggan, Adrar state. The study sought to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of job burnout and job performance by using the descriptive and analytical search technique of the questionnaire by employing the Maslash scale for job exhaustion in addition to performance items, and observation, interview and records were used to collect the necessary information and data from the reality of the public hospital institution, and for the purpose of testing the study hypotheses The simple regression method was adopted, and the study concluded that there is a direct correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance 0.05 that highlights the effect of functional exhaustion on the performance of doctors and paramedics, as the doctor and paramedics increase the degree of job exhaustion, the higher his performance in the General Hospital Organization Muhammad Sadiqi Reggan.Item الإلتزام الصحي وأثره في إنتكاس الحالة الصحية للمريض وعلاقته بتكاليف العلاج(المدرسة العليا للإدارة الاعمال تلمسان, 2020-09-22) قطاف إيمان فاطمة الزهراءتهدف الدارسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين عدم الإلتازم والإنتكاس وعلاقتهم بتكاليف العلاج في المؤسسات الإستشفائية وتحديد معدل الإنتكاس حيث تم التركيز على سلوكات عدم الإلتازم الصحي لدى المرضى حيث تطرقنا إلى أساب عدم الإلتازم وطرق تحسين الإلتازم للوقاية من خطر الإنتكاس ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدارسة إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي من خلال الملاحظة وا جارء مقابلة مع طبيب مختص في الجارحة العامة على مستوى المؤسسة الإستشفائية محمد بوضياف البيض ومقابلة مع طبيبة متخصصة في جارحة العظام والمفاصل على مستوى عيادتها الخاصة وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن عدم الإلتازم السبب الرئيسي لإنتكاس الحالة الصحية المريض وأن معدل الإنتكاس متغير على حسب نوع المرض وخطورته وأثر العوامل البيئية والإجتماعية على الإنتكاس وأهم بارمج الإلتازم في المؤسسات الإستشفائية
