Item IRRIGLOW: A Smart Irrigation System Supporting Digital Transformation and Green Economy in Algeria(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06-28) Arabi LeilaThis project explores the role of digital transformation and innovation in achieving a green economy in Algeria, a country currently facing the critical dual challenge of water scarcity and agricultural inefficiency. The aim of this work is to assess how digital technologies and innovative practices -specifically through the IRRIGLOW smart irrigation system- contribute to reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable development in the Algerian agricultural sector. The methodology employed combines the technical development of a connected digital ecosystem (utilizing IoT sensors and predictive AI) with a strategic market approach, integrating PESTEL and SWOT analyses alongside comprehensive business modeling. By examining IRRIGLOW as a specific digital and green initiative, the results reveal that while the Algerian agricultural sector faces climatic vulnerability and infrastructural constraints, the integration of solar-powered, automated hardware can effectively mitigate water waste, prevent soil leaching, and ensure homogeneous crop growth. Furthermore, the findings indicate a strong potential for scaling such innovations when supported by a diversified business model, dedicated farmer training programs, and enhanced investment in agritech. Slated for commercial launch in April 2026, the study concludes that targeted digital transformation and innovations like IRRIGLOW are key drivers for maximizing agricultural productivity, securing water resources, and accelerating Algeria’s transition toward a resilient, sustainable green economy.Item E-SIGNAL(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06-18) Mohamed Benhamou Salah Eddine BenabdallahHealthcare institutions in Algeria face continuous challenges in managing medical equipment breakdowns, which can impact the quality of care. In this context, the E-SIGNAL project aims to develop an innovative digital system and mobile application that allows for the management and reporting of malfunctions and maintenance problems in both public and private healthcare facilities. This thesis examines the strategic, economic, and technological feasibility of the project through a methodology that combines literature review, a field survey (at the Mother and Child Hospital in Tlemcen), and strategic analysis tools (SWOT, PESTEL). The results reveal a strong development potential for modernizing hospital infrastructure and providing a relevant digitized response to maintenance needs. The project fits within a comprehensive hospital digital transformation strategy, valuing both medical staff and technical intervention teams. This thesis also provides recommendations for the implementation and future evolution of the project.Item L’impact de la digitalisation sur la qualité perçue des services bancaires Cas de la BNA(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026) BENLADGHEM AmelThis research examines the impact of banking digitalization on the perceived quality of services by customers of the National Bank of Algeria (BNA). The study is based on the theoretical models E-S-QUAL (measuring digitalization through efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, and privacy) and SERVQUAL (measuring perceived quality through reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility). A quantitative approach was adopted, with a questionnaire administered to 118 BNA customers. The results, analyzed using SPSS software, show that digitalization has a positive and significant impact on perceived quality (R² = 0.711). Fulfillment is the most influential dimension. The impact on empathy, although positive, remains more moderate than on the other dimensions, highlighting the importance of maintaining human interaction for complex operations. The study recommends that BNA strengthen the reliability, responsiveness, and security of its digital servicesItem « PROXICARE » Vers la numérisation des services à la personne .(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2025-06-22) DJOUAD AyaterrahmaneAlgeria is facing a growing aging population, leading to an increased demand for home care services. In this context, the Proxicare project aims to develop an innovative mobile application that connects qualified caregivers with elderly or dependent individuals. This thesis examines the strategic, economic, and technological feasibility of the project through a methodology that combines literature review, field survey, and strategic tools (SWOT, PESTEL, SMART). The results reveal a strong development potential in major Algerian cities and a relevant response to the need for personalized, digitized support. The project fits within an inclusive digital transformation strategy, valuing both caregivers and beneficiaries. The thesis also provides recommendations for the implementation and future evolution of the project. This study aims to explore the role of cultural tourism in achieving sustainable development in Algeria, with a specific case study of the village of El-Qalîa (El-Qliâa) in the municipality of Bordj Zemoura, located in the wilaya of Bordj Bou Arréridj. The village was chosen for its rich architectural and cultural heritage. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical approach, using questionnaires distributed to a sample of tourists and local residents to assess the impact of cultural tourism on the economic, social, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development. Findings indicate that cultural tourism contributes positively to the social and environmental dimensions by preserving local identity, fostering community cohesion, and improving environmental practices. However, its economic impact remains limited due to insufficient investment, weak tourism infrastructure, and underutilization of heritage assets as economic resources. The study recommends a comprehensive national strategy to enhance cultural tourism through the support of local projects, capacity building, and the promotion of investment in culturally rich rural areas.Item La performance a l'exportation -cas des PME algériennes(2023-07-10) BENMOUHOUB SofiaThe aim of this quantitative study is to assess the impact of export freindly factors on the success of Algerian small and medium –size entreprises (SMEs) in the agri- food sector in penetrating foreign markets.
