    This thesis examines the feasibility of SportyUp, a digital platform that connects users with sports, coaching, and wellness services in Algeria, and explores potential strategies for its growth. To achieve this objective, the study employs market analysis, user surveys, competitor comparison, and financial forecasting. The findings indicate that students, professionals, and hobby athletes are interested in affordable and user-friendly digital health solutions. Financial projections indicate that income is likely to increase gradually in the future. This increase is primarily due to revenue from subscriptions and partnerships with coaches and suppliers in the sports sector through organized collaborations. The research indicates that SportyUp is a promising and innovative business concept that has the potential to modernize Algeria's sports and wellness sector. Its potential is further enhanced by receiving the Innovative Project Label, the Start-up Label, and being officially recognized as a SPAS, providing a solid foundation for future growth and expansion.

    IRRIGLOW: A Smart Irrigation System Supporting Digital Transformation and Green Economy in Algeria

    This project explores the role of digital transformation and innovation in achieving a green economy in Algeria, a country currently facing the critical dual challenge of water scarcity and agricultural inefficiency. The aim of this work is to assess how digital technologies and innovative practices -specifically through the IRRIGLOW smart irrigation system- contribute to reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable development in the Algerian agricultural sector. The methodology employed combines the technical development of a connected digital ecosystem (utilizing IoT sensors and predictive AI) with a strategic market approach, integrating PESTEL and SWOT analyses alongside comprehensive business modeling. By examining IRRIGLOW as a specific digital and green initiative, the results reveal that while the Algerian agricultural sector faces climatic vulnerability and infrastructural constraints, the integration of solar-powered, automated hardware can effectively mitigate water waste, prevent soil leaching, and ensure homogeneous crop growth. Furthermore, the findings indicate a strong potential for scaling such innovations when supported by a diversified business model, dedicated farmer training programs, and enhanced investment in agritech. Slated for commercial launch in April 2026, the study concludes that targeted digital transformation and innovations like IRRIGLOW are key drivers for maximizing agricultural productivity, securing water resources, and accelerating Algeria’s transition toward a resilient, sustainable green economy.

    L’innovation dans la gestion de la sécurité sociale Cas : mécanisme de la carte CHIFA Cnas Oran

    In the face of intensifying competition and the rapid renewal of economic data, innovation is becoming an imperative for companies. It is an important and vital means at their disposal to enable them to ensure their development. With this in mind, social security managers have made a choice to make optimal use of their resources. It is only in this context that the CHIFA card has been presented as a management innovation. The National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Employees -CNAS is facing additional expenses since the automation of the third-party payer system through the CHIFA card. The main objective of the CHIFA system is to improve the quality of services, and the facilitation of reimbursement procedures, but also a management lever that allows better traceability of the tasks of the social security funds. The CHIFA card is an electronic card that replaces the third party payer card and allows the gradual elimination of paper-based reimbursement procedures for health care services.. The CHIFA scheme has many advantages and a positive impact on the social insured and health professionals and more particularly the managers of the CNAS
