    The impact of motivation on staff’s performance Case of Algerie Telecom

    Nowadays ,different organizations and institutions need to maintain high performance to stay competitive and achieve their objectives. The working force of the company is the most valuable and the most expensive resources it can use to get the job done. For this reason, it is necessary to motivate employees in order to improve their performance.The general objective of this research was to study the impact of motivation on the general direction of algerie telecom’s staff performance .and the study was oriented by the following particular objectives: to find whether motivation is considered as a strategic plan for a better performance in the company or no , and also to find out whether employees are satisfied with the different types of incentives that the company provide to increase their performance . The study adopted a descriptive research design. A sample of 53 individuals was randomly selected. Data were obtained using an online questionnaire in Google forms , while Excel and SPSS were used for analysis. The results revealed that motivation has no significant impact on the employees performance ,even though the material incentives are considered as more important than moral incentives for algerie telecom’s staff .

    In recentyears, humanresources management (HRM) has become a strategicactivitythatcreates an essential competitive advantage for the company (Arcand, 2006). Indeed, the employees no longer just a replaceable gear for the company, but rather an intangible asset thatwewant to attract, train, motivate, engage, orient, develop, but above all retain in the company. The objective of this work is to explain the extent of the advantage provided by human resources and their contribution to the performance of ago- foodcompanies. After a review of the literature, the need for a practical illustration of the 50 ago-foodcompanies arises. The results obtained have shown that HMR practices have a positive impact on company performance.

    Internal communication is a means to disseminate information between individuals, or more precisely it is a channel for the transmission of actions and facilitates work, especially in the world of work it is very important to communicate to share the news of the company and promotes interaction between employees to better understand the tasks of each. Sometimes employees need a motivation to be adhere and involved in the strategy of the company, so this organization is obliged to develop the modes of communication whatever these techniques or tools because the first factor to motivate employees internally is communication, we know that any motivated and involved person makes an effort in his work that is to say that their performance increases to achieve the objectives of the company. In addition, the continuity of the company and their viability is based on the internal effort of the employees and this effort is achieved through internal communication. We did a practical study to answer our main question and on which our research focuses, which concerns the impact of internal communication on employee motivation and performance. The purpose and to express the influence of CI on the performance of individuals and the relationship between the three variables of our theme. The descriptive analysis of our research gathers a randomly selected sample of 72 employees

    L’effet de la gestion des conflits sur la performance au travail Cas : Spa GENERAL EMBALLAGE

    Conflicts are an unavoidable part of the life of a human being or a society, being able to accept them is already a step to solve them. Therefore, conflict management is one of the methods that managers use to resolve conflicts. Performance is considered to be the overall result of the efforts made by a company to achieve the planned results. The purpose of our research is to identify and understand the effect of conflict management on performance in general and at work in particular. To do this, we adopted a quantitative method using a questionnaire administered to all 41 employees. The results obtained showed us that the good management of the conflicts as well as the good ease of the working climate strictly influences the output and the performance within the company
