The study population is represented by all the employees in the enterprise, whose number is about (513) workers, and the sample of the study consisted of (60) workers, and the researcher relied on a questionnaire that contains the two variables of the study (organizational climate and job performance), in addition to some variables Demographic. After using appropriate statistical methods to process and analyze the data, The results obtained show that there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the prevailing organizational climate (organizational structure, communication style, leadership style, technology, incentives, and participation in decision-making), and the job performance of the employees of the National Corporation for Large Petroleum Works in Réghaïa.Item اشكالية التنمية المستدامة لقطاع الصيد البحري في الأقاليم الساحلية الجزائرية -عين تموشنت– دراسة(المدرسة العليا للإدارة الاعمال تلمسان, 2020) جامعي فراحLe secteur de la pêche maritime a été considéré comme une alternative économique aux perspectives prometteuses. L'Algérie a poursuivi divers programmes et plans de développement visant à assurer sa durabilité, car cette question reste à la lumière des capacités dont le secteur dispose qui soulèveraient le défi et passeraient du déclin à la durabilité au niveau des régions côtières. Pour résoudre ce problème, il est nécessaire d'étudier la réalité du secteur de la pêche maritime en Algérie, et de s'appuyer sur les différents indicateurs de la production halieutique, du niveau des exportations, de la main-d'œuvre et de la flotte maritime. Malgré les efforts déployés, le secteur de la pêche reste loin des objectifs fixés en raison du déséquilibre entre l'offre et la demande, la détérioration du produit et la hausse des prix, les plans devenus en encre sur papier, la focalisation sur le profit et la fermeture des yeux sur l'investissement qui génère les ressources humaines matérielles et qualifiées, et Par conséquent, une attention doit être accordée à la recherche de solutions et de procédures visant à soutenir le secteur grâce à une réglementation et une bonne exploitation.Item L’impact du Management des Compétences sur la Performance des Salariés Etude de cas : Direction Générale de SONATRACH(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2020-09-08) ZEMBOUT SIRINESkills management is a promise of development for company executives who wish to evolve, develop a culture of results but who, at the same time, care about the future of their staff by seeking to retain them. The purpose of our study is to shed light on the impact of skills management on the performance of employees within the general direction of SONATRACH. This study has focused on three main parts. First, we tried to present the concept of competence and to clarify the context of competence management; in the second part, we presented the notion of performance and its relation with competence; and in the last part, we tried to verify our starting hypotheses by a quantitative study and with a single research instrument, the questionnaires which allowed us to collect essential data and show that the management of skills positively influences performance of employees and that there is a very strong relationship between its two variables.Item La contribution de lancement d’un nouveau produit dans l’acquisition d’un avantage concurrentiel -Cas des PME industrielles en Algérie(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2020-09-08) TOUIL FarahThis research provided a complete view of everything about a new product, as well as the steps taken to launch and adopt it as a competitive strategy that sets the company apart from other competitors. The general objective of this research was to study the impact of the performance appraisal system on the motivation of Sonatrach's employees and the study was oriented by the following particular objectives: to find out whether there are effective practices in Sonatrach's appraisal system, to find out whether employees are satisfied with the current appraisal system in their organization and finally to find out Sonatrach's employees' perception of the appraisal system as a means of enhancing their motivation. The study adopted a descriptive research design. A sample of 100 individuals was randomly selected. Data were obtained using an online questionnaire, while Excel and IBM SPSS were used for analysis. For the weekly market in Remchi, the challenge remains how to ensure that the municipality of Remchi generates municipal revenues. 5 Adopting an integrated management system, the study aims to understand how market restructuring is articulated and what are the different methods that the parties adopt in order to act and take decisions once they have been identified. For our study, we pursued a quantitative method, with market users, from a sample of (175 responses) on the satisfaction questionnaire. We have come to the fact that the organization and structuring of the market facilitate the control of the occupied places and the course of activities. Having an efficient and transparent management shared between public and private actors helps to respond to the different parties and to prosper the market that will boost the revenues of the municipality
