Quality Control Systems in the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry and Their Role in Enhancing Consumer Trust Case study of the SAIDAL Group (Dar El-Beida Unit)
(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06-23) BEN KABOUCHE MALEK NOUR
This study examines the role of quality control systems in enhancing consumer trust in generic medicines in Algeria, by analyzing the impact of three dimensions: perceived quality, healthcare professionals' recommendations, and trust in regulatory institutions. The research is situated within the context of national policy aimed at promoting generic medicines to reduce imports and achieve pharmaceutical sovereignty. A quantitative approach was adopted, based on a theoretical framework of trust and perceived quality. The findings indicate that quality control systems positively influence consumer trust, and that this trust is not only linked to technical quality, but is also shaped by relational factors (professional recommendations) and institutional factors (credibility of regulatory bodies). This highlights the need for an integrated approach combining quality, communication, and transparency. The study concludes with recommendations for regulatory authorities, pharmaceutical laboratories, and healthcare professionals to strengthen trust and promote the use of generic medicines in Algeria.

Le marketing des produits biologiques et son rôle dans la sécurité sanitaire des aliments : Étude de cas de l'entreprise Dahbia Huile d’Olive, Djelfa.
(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06-18)  Hakkoumi Hanane  Atbi Hanane

The Impact of Locally Produced Generic Drugon Social Security Fund Expenditures: A Case Study of CNAS– TLEMCEN
(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06-15) • NESSEL DJELOUD Khadidja • BOULBESSOL Wahiba
This thesis examines the impact of locally produced generic drugs on pharmaceutical expenditures within Algeria's social security system, through a case study of CNAS Tlemcen. Using a descriptive-analytical method combined with a quantitative approach supported by comparative analysis, expenditure data (2019–2025) and a questionnaire survey of 93 CNAS employees processed via SPSS IBM 27 were analyzed to test two hypotheses: that locally produced generics contribute to controlling reimbursement costs, and that their adoption is shaped by factors including the reference pricing system. Results confirm both hypotheses, showing that while pharmaceutical expenditures continue to rise overall, generic drugs and reference pricing significantly moderate this growth. The study concludes that financial sustainability requires combining local production with strong pricing and reimbursement policies.

Factors Influencing Algerian Customers trust in generic drugs
(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2024) Sirine GASMI
This thesis focuses on the factors that influence Algerian consumers’ trust in generic drugs, which are known for being effective and more affordable alternatives to branded medications. Combining theoretical review and field research, the study explores the role of knowledge, price perception, brand image, medical recommendations (particularly from pharmacists), and personal experience in shaping public trust. Findings show that limited awareness is a major obstacle, while personal experiences and pharmacist advice strongly affect trust levels. On the other hand, price and brand perception showed weaker influence. The study emphasizes the need for public health education, stronger involvement of pharmacists, and the promotion of locally produced generics as trusted and ethical alternatives that support the national pharmaceutical industry. Key words: trust, generic drugs, Algerian customers, knowledge, personal experience, brand image

This thesis investigates how the development of Health Information Systems (HIS) can contribute to restructuring the funding mechanisms of public hospitals in Algeria. By combining theoretical analysis with a field study conducted at EPH Bouzidi Lakhdar (BordjBouArréridj) and the CNAS General Directorate (Algiers), this research highlights the potential of HIS to modernize hospital financial management. The results indicate that an integrated information system would improve expenditure tracking, enhance transparency, and support a more equitable allocation of resources. A hybrid financing model combining a fixed base with a variable component linked to real activity is proposed. The study also outlines the prerequisites for successful implementation: infrastructure, training, interoperability, and change management

(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2025-03-19) AMAR BENSABER Mohammed El Amine
This thesis examines the impact of public procurement digitalization on the management of hospital resources, using the case study of the 19 March Public Hospital (EPH) in BeniSaf, Algeria. In a context where the healthcare sector faces increasing pressure to control spending and optimize resource use, the digitization of procurement procedures emerges as a key tool for modernization. The study highlights how digital tools contribute to improved traceability of operations, greater budget transparency, and more efficient allocation of both material and human resources. However, it also identifies several challenges, including insufficient staff training, limited technological infrastructure, and organizational resistance to change. The research concludes with practical recommendations to enhance the positive impact of digital transformation on the performance of public hospital institutions.
